Welcome. By engaging Trinity Amerisound Music Productions, LLC for music production, recording, mixing, mastering, editing, or related audio services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Trinity Amerisound Music Productions, LLC agrees to provide audio and music production services as described in your written quote, project brief, or service agreement. Services may include recording, editing, mixing, mastering, production support, and consultation.
The client agrees to provide accurate project information, deliver source files in agreed formats, respond to revision requests within reasonable timeframes, and grant any permissions needed for samples or third-party material the client supplies. Delays in providing files or feedback may affect delivery dates.
Payments are due according to the schedule in your quote or contract. Trinity Amerisound Music Productions, LLC may pause work or withhold final deliverables if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.
Our fees do not necessarily include third-party costs (for example, session musicians, sample licensing, or platform fees) unless explicitly stated in writing. The client is responsible for those costs unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment for the agreed scope, the client receives the usage rights described in the project agreement for the delivered work, subject to any third-party rights in material the client provided. Trinity Amerisound Music Productions, LLC may use anonymized or credited examples of work for portfolio or promotional purposes only as permitted in writing.
Either party may terminate a project according to the notice and cancellation terms in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, Trinity Amerisound Music Productions, LLC will return or delete client materials as required by the contract and applicable law.
